At Daxxi ("we", "the Company"), we care about the privacy of the drivers ("you", "User") who use the Daxxi Driver application ("the Application"). This Privacy Policy explains, in our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which personal data we process, for which purposes, and what rights you have. By using the Application, you accept the practices described in this policy.
In order to provide the driver-passenger matching service, the Application collects and processes the following data:

Your location is processed only while you are online, for the purpose of matching with nearby passengers and providing navigation. Location tracking stops when you go offline. Location permission can be changed at any time in your device settings; however, the matching service will not work if permission is not granted.

in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and for the retention periods required by applicable legislation. Technical and administrative measures such as encryption, secure connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access control are applied to protect your data. Your password is stored using irreversible encryption.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request its erasure or destruction, and to request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

The Application is not directed at persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data belonging to such persons.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the Application or on this page. The current version is always published at this address.
